Bill Payment

Valley Pioneers Water Company offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs, all payment options are free of charge.

Pay Online

If you pay your bill using Pay Your Bill Now you will be redirected to Xpress Bill Pay.  This is the only bill pay service contracted with Valley Pioneers Water Company. 

Be sure to omit the dash in your account number when signing up to pay through Xpress Bill Pay.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office with cash, check, money orders, debit and most major credit cards - we do not accept American Express.  We also have a drop box located at our office in front of the water standpipe - if your account is due for disconnect, please bring payment into the office.  There is also a payment drop box in the front lobby - lobby hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Auto Pay

For your convenience, you can sign up for auto payments through Xpress Bill Pay or contact the office and we will set it up for you.  Because our reading and billing dates vary monthly, we recommend you choose to have the draft completed prior to the due date instead of a certain day of the month.  This will avoid late payments.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
